Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 13, 2026
1. About these terms
These terms cover (a) your use of the website www.corenixit.com and (b) the general conditions that apply to Corenix IT Inc. services. Specific services we deliver to you are governed by the individual agreement you sign with us (for example a Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, or proposal), which controls over these terms if there is a conflict.
2. Use of this website
You may browse this site and use the contact form to inquire about our services. You agree not to submit false or misleading information, attempt to disrupt or probe the site’s security, scrape content for resale, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
3. No warranty for website content
Content on this site is provided for general information only. It is not legal, financial, or technical advice for your specific situation. While we aim for accuracy and availability, the site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corenix IT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website (including lost profits or data), even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
5. Quotes, engagements, and payment
- Quotes. Quotes we provide are estimates valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and depend on the scope confirmed in writing.
- Scope. Work is performed per the agreed scope in your signed agreement or SOW. Anything outside scope is quoted separately.
- Invoicing. Unless your signed agreement states otherwise, invoices are due net-15 from invoice date. Late payments may accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is lower.
- Taxes. Fees do not include applicable sales, use, or other taxes, which are added where required.
6. Service levels
Response-time commitments (such as our 15-minute response SLA for helpdesk customers) are contractual commitments made in a signed support agreement, and apply only to services covered by that agreement. Nothing on this website itself constitutes an SLA or a guarantee of uptime or response time.
7. Intellectual property
All site content, branding, and materials are owned by Corenix IT or its licensors. You may not reuse, reproduce, or redistribute them without written permission. Deliverables created for you under a signed engagement are owned as stated in that agreement.
8. Third-party links and services
Our site and services may reference third-party products or sites (for example Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace). We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or policies.
9. Termination of service
Cancellation and termination terms for ongoing services are defined in your signed agreement. We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment or material breach after notice and a reasonable cure period where required.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in New York County, New York have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless your signed agreement states otherwise.
