Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Corenix IT Inc. (“Corenix IT,” “we,” “us”) provides managed IT services to businesses in New York City and South Florida. This policy explains what information we collect on www.corenixit.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. For any privacy question or request, contact us at support@corenixit.com.

2. Information we collect

We keep this site intentionally simple and collect as little as possible:

• Contact form. When you submit our contact form, we collect the name and message you provide. Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS, stored in Cloudflare’s KV storage, and delivered to our team by email. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry.
• Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics service. It collects aggregate, anonymized traffic data (pages visited, approximate region, referrer, device type) without identifying you, without setting cookies, and without profiling you across sites.
• Server logs. Like nearly all websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical request data (IP address, timestamps, user agent) for security and abuse prevention, in accordance with Cloudflare’s own privacy policy.

We do not run advertising trackers, sell data, or set marketing cookies.

3. How we use information

• To respond to your contact-form inquiry and provide quotes or support;
• To understand aggregate site usage so we can improve our content;
• To protect the site and our systems from abuse, spam, and fraud;
• To comply with law or enforce our rights when necessary.

4. Sharing

We share information only with the service providers needed to run this site and our business: Cloudflare (hosting, form storage, analytics, email delivery) and Google Workspace (email). Service providers process data only on our instructions. We do not sell or rent personal information.

5. Retention

Contact-form submissions are retained only as long as useful for handling your inquiry and our subsequent work with you, then deleted on request or when no longer needed. Analytics data is retained by Cloudflare per its standard retention settings (aggregate and non-identifying).

6. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any information we hold about you, or ask us not to contact you further — simply email support@corenixit.com and we will honor valid requests within a reasonable timeframe. If you are located in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

7. Children

This site is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new “last updated” date. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
